Frontiers in Nutrition have recently launched a permanent section entitled Food Policy and Economics. This topic offers a channel for dissemination of INFORMAS-related results, particularly pertaining to economic analyses of food and nutrition issues, and the interplay of food policies with diets and other aspects of food systems.
